1. Enquiry. Tell us about your clinic, what you need and where the images will be used.
2. Briefing call. We agree goals, formats, shot list and logistics, and send you a quote in euro.
3. Shoot day. Our team comes to your clinic at a time that suits your diary, working around your appointments.
4. Edit and delivery. You receive the files edited and ready for each channel: website, feed, Stories, Reels and ads.

Responsible images

Aesthetic advertising in Ireland is regulated. We plan shoots with the ASAI Code and your professional body’s guidance in mind; for example, prescription-only medicines cannot be promoted to the public. We only photograph or film clients with their written consent, and before-and-after images are used only when consent is on record and the rules allow it. Frequently asked questions

Do I have to appear on camera?

No. Many shoots focus on the space, the team and the products. That said, the person who leads the clinic is often who clients connect with most, so we will suggest it if it suits you.

Will the shoot disrupt my appointments?

We plan the day around your diary and can work in rooms that are free, before opening or after closing.

Can I book a shoot without hiring other services?

Yes. Photography and video can be booked on their own or combined with social media, ads, branding or a new website.

How is it priced?

Every shoot is quoted from the brief: formats, locations, people involved and how the material will be used. You receive the quote in euro before anything is booked.

Where can I use the images?

Usage is set out in the proposal, so you know exactly where the material can be used.
