Privacy policy
This policy explains what data the brandingestetica.com website collects, what it is used for and how you can request access, correction or deletion. It follows Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and, for visitors from Europe, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who looks after your data
The website is run by Branding & Estética, under the responsibility of Antonio Rodrigo de Araujo Cosme, in Brazil. For any privacy matter, write to branding.estetica@gmail.com.
What data we collect
- Data you send us through the contact form or on WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, name of your clinic or brand, city, the service you are interested in, and whatever you write in your message.
- Browsing data: pages visited, time on page, where the visit came from, device and browser type, approximate city. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used after you accept them.
- We do not collect health data, or data about the patients of the clinics we work with.
What we use it for
- To reply to your message and prepare a proposal, when you ask for one.
- To understand which pages and channels bring visits, so we can improve the website.
- To show Branding & Estética ads to people who have already visited the website, if you accept advertising cookies.
We do not sell your data.
Legal basis
Contact and proposals rely on steps taken before a contract, at your request. Analytics and advertising rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Who we share it with
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Search Console): visit measurement.
- Meta (Meta Pixel): measurement and ads, only with your consent.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you start a conversation.
- Hostinger: website hosting.
These services may store data outside Brazil, with the safeguards required by the LGPD and the GDPR.
Cookies
- Necessary: they make the website work and store your cookie choice. They do not require consent.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, to count visits and clicks without identifying you by name. They require consent; without it, Google only receives cookieless signals.
- Advertising: Meta Pixel, to measure ads and show them to people who visited the website. They require consent; without it, the Pixel is not loaded.
How long we keep it
Contact conversations: up to 24 months after the last contact, if they do not lead to a contract. Client data: for the duration of the contract and for the period required by law. Analytics data: 14 months in Google Analytics. Your cookie choice: 12 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability and information about who we share your data with, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to branding.estetica@gmail.com; we reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), or with the data protection authority in your country.
External links
When you click a link to WhatsApp, Instagram, Pinterest or Behance, you go to another service, which handles data under its own policy. The suggested WhatsApp message can be edited before sending; clicking the button does not send anything automatically.

When this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated.
